Rotary Youth Exchange is a program that enables young people to spend a year studying abroad.

Every year, the Rotary Club of Saint Paul sponsors one or more outbound students, and in turn hosts inbound students from all over the world. The program is managed by North Star Rotary Youth Exchange which spans southern Minnesota and western Wisconsin.
